We're an authorized internet dealer for 10 providers across the United States. Customers call us when they want to talk to an actual person about which plan fits their home, instead of clicking through a carrier's chatbot or guessing on a comparison site.

Provider names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and used for identification purposes only.
What we do
We sell internet (and TV bundle pairings) on behalf of the 10 carriers in our authorized lineup. Same plans, same starting prices, same service agreements as if you went to the carrier directly — the difference is the conversation that happens on the call. We size plans to actual household usage, we're upfront about which plans aren't a good fit for which use cases, and we pull up a real address-level availability check rather than a generic ZIP-level one.
Who we represent
Our authorized provider lineup as of 2026: Frontier, Optimum, Ziply Fiber, Hawaiian Telcom, altafiber, EarthLink, WOW! Internet, DIRECTV, Kinetic by Windstream, and BrightSpeed. Each provider has its own program title under which we operate (Authorized Reseller, Authorized Sales Agent, Authorized Retailer, Authorized Dealer) and the specific title is shown on each provider's page on this site.
We don't represent Spectrum, Comcast/Xfinity, AT&T, Verizon, or T-Mobile Home Internet. When the best option at a customer's address is one of those carriers, we'll say so honestly rather than steering toward our lineup.
How we're paid
We are compensated by participating carriers when customers sign up for service through us. This does not affect the price you pay.

How we're set up
Wavenet Solutions LLC is a Delaware-organized limited liability company doing business across the United States. Our principal office is at 142 Commerce Drive, Suite 200, Naperville, IL 60540. We employ trained agents who handle plan structuring, address-level availability verification, and the actual signup process on customers' behalf.
We're not a Bell-era telephone company, a national chain, or a venture-backed startup. We're a working dealer that operates on commission from the carriers and survives by earning customer trust call by call.
The standards we hold ourselves to
Three things we've made non-negotiable about how we operate:
- No markup, no upsell pressure. The price we quote is the carrier's published price. We don't get more for selling more expensive plans than the carrier-set commission already provides, and we don't manufacture artificial urgency.
- Address-level honesty. Every quote we give is verified against the carrier's address-level availability. If the plan isn't deployable at your specific address, we'll tell you that rather than quoting it anyway.
- Disclosure that isn't buried. The independence disclaimer, compensation disclosure, and trademark disclosures appear on every page of this site — not hidden in footer fine print. The provider badges show the specific program title we operate under, not generic "authorized dealer" language.
