Provider outage and status pages
Each carrier publishes its own service status page with current outages, scheduled maintenance, and incident reports. We don’t have an internal real-time outage tracker — what we can do is point you to each provider’s official status source.

What to check before reporting an outage
The fastest path to resolution on most outages is the carrier’s own technical support — they have direct visibility into their network status, outstanding tickets in your area, and the authority to dispatch a technician. We don’t have backend access to provider trouble-ticket systems and we can’t resolve outages on the carrier’s behalf.
That said, before you call: power-cycle your modem and router (unplug for 60 seconds, then power back on), check whether the issue is on Wi-Fi only or also on a wired connection, and check the provider’s status page (linked above) for any acknowledged outages in your area. If you’re getting a billing or service-change question rather than a technical issue, we’re a faster phone call than the carrier’s general support line.
