Privacy Policy

Last updated: January 15, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Wavenet Solutions LLC ("Wavenet," "we," "us") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information about you when you visit https://wavenet-solutions.com (the "Site") or interact with us by phone or email.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide directly

When you submit a form on the Site or call us, we may collect: your name, phone number, email address, street address or ZIP code, current internet provider (if you choose to share it), service preferences, and any details you provide about your household's internet usage.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device and visit, including: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, date and time of visit, and approximate geographic location based on IP. This information is collected through standard web logs and analytics services.

Cookies and similar technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to recognize your device, remember your preferences, and analyze how the Site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings — disabling cookies may affect functionality of certain interactive features (the household-sizing quiz, the speed-bill analyzer, plan filters).

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide quotes for internet service plans
  • Verify provider availability at your service address
  • Submit your information to authorized providers when you request service signup
  • Communicate with you about plan options, service status, and customer service matters
  • Improve the Site, our editorial content, and our service quality
  • Analyze usage patterns and aggregate trends
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

3. How we share your information

We share information with the following categories of recipients:

  • Authorized providers we represent: When you request a quote or sign up for service, we share necessary information with the provider you've selected (or the provider whose availability check you've initiated). Each provider's use of your information is governed by their own privacy policy.
  • Service providers: We work with third-party vendors for hosting, analytics, customer relationship management, and similar services. These vendors are contractually obligated to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us.
  • Legal compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or other legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, the safety of others, or to investigate fraud.
  • Business transfers: If Wavenet is acquired, merged, or sells substantially all of its assets, customer information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the receiving party's obligation to honor commitments made in this Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their independent marketing use. We do share information with the authorized providers we represent for the specific purpose of providing service quotes and processing service signups, as described above.

4. TCPA consent and call recording

By submitting your phone number through any form on the Site, you consent to be contacted by Wavenet and the providers we represent at the number provided regarding internet service options. This consent applies to telephone calls, SMS text messages, and pre-recorded messages. Standard message and data rates may apply.

You may revoke this consent at any time by replying STOP to a text message, asking the agent on a call to remove you from contact lists, or contacting us at (800) 555-0199. Revoking consent does not affect lawful processing that has already occurred.

Calls to and from Wavenet may be recorded for quality assurance, training, and compliance purposes, where permitted by applicable law. By proceeding with the call after the recording disclosure, you consent to recording.

5. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Specific retention periods vary by data type:

  • Lead and inquiry data: retained for up to 24 months for follow-up and analytics, then deleted or anonymized
  • Active customer data: retained for the duration of the customer relationship plus a reasonable period for record-keeping
  • Web analytics data: aggregated indefinitely; individual session-level data retained per the analytics provider's policy

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your information (subject to legal retention requirements)
  • Opt out of certain uses of your information, including marketing communications
  • Receive a copy of your information in a portable format

To exercise these rights, contact us using the information at the bottom of this policy. We will respond within the time period required by applicable law.

California residents: Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have additional specific rights regarding personal information collected about you. Contact us to exercise these rights or to receive the categories of personal information we have collected, sold, or disclosed in the preceding 12 months.

7. Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information through the Site, contact us and we will promptly delete it.

8. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
